What is Actual Window Manager?Actual Window Manager is a desktop organization application that introduces unconventional window navigation controls for more convenient and enjoyable working with the computer. It adds new Minimize to Tray, Stay on Top, Windows Shade and Make Transparent buttons to any window's title bar.Actual Window Manager increases productivity of a Personal Computer and consequently increases productivity of a person who works with it. Actual Window Manager decreases the time a person usually waste on switching between windows of different documents, keeps a desktop in order and makes work convenient and comfortable. It can automate some routine window control operations so the user should not draw his\her attention away from some important idea to click the mouse to maximize a window, for example.  Figure 1. Actual Window Manager has more than forty productivity tools, which people use to control every window on their screen. Users are able to minimize any window to tray or to any edge of the desktop, close annoying windows automatically, maximize certain windows or minimize them on startup, save and restore any window's size and position and much more. Every our client finds in Actual Window Manager something interesting for him or her: - "I use Actual Window Manager in different ways for different applications. The upgrade is a huge improvement but it comes at a price. The handwriting input is done through a floating Input Panel that grows in size as you write. The growing Input Panel slowly obscures everything on your screen until you enter the text. There is a piece of freeware someone developed for the pre-SP2 Tablet operating system that makes Input Panel partially transparent, but it doesn't work on the new Input Panel.

Who uses Actual Window Manager?Computers all over the world become more and more powerful so people use more programs simultaneously and that is why we have a need for such an instrument as Actual Window Manager. Our software is intended for a broad range of Windows users who want to have a better control of their desktop and escape from thousands of needless and tedious manipulations with windows. Numerous researches have shown a considerable increase of productivity when users simultaneously work with several application windows controlled by Actual Windows Manager. The audience of Actual Window Manager is large: home users, traders, web designers, web developers, office workers and IT professionals, such as system administrators, programmers and others. And it is only a few groups of people, who use Actual Window Manager. Recent replies of our users showed that Actual Window Manager is very popular among Tablet PC users, because it helps them to work with many windows simultaneously on a comparatively small screen.3. Getting startedThe system requirements are as follows:OS: Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP CPU: PII 200 MHz or equivalent RAM: 64MB Ram Installation: Actual Window Manager installation consists of a few easy steps and doesn't take much time. 4. Points of interestThe following list of Actual Window Manager's full functionality may give you a certain insight of what benefits a user can expect from the program: - - Full Windows integration. Actual Window Manager adds new buttons to the window title bar, which look and work like standard Windows buttons. Besides, Actual Window Manager expands the Windows system menu. - Individual settings for every window. You can easily choose your options for every window and save them. Besides, Actual Window Manager is equipped with more than 20 settings for the most popular applications: MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Word (Excel), WinZip, Winamp etc.  Figure 5. - Transparency effect. Using Transparency effect, it is very easy to organize simultaneously opened windows. Transparency effect is very convenient when you work with different windows. Along with common techniques of switching between applications windows Actual Window Manager offers depth-based window ordering thanks to fully customizable transparency levels that are saved individually for each window. While typing something in MS Word, you need for example, to follow information in internet browser. Push Win-T (on/off transparent effect) and one window will become transparent;  Figure 6. - Minimizing to a small icon in the system tray lets you save taskbar space while providing access to minimized applications via the system tray icons. If you often open several windows simultaneously and keep an eye on the refreshment of information on them, you can also minimize them to tray, to avoid closing them by mistake. And when this information is required again, you can open this window and see what has changed. If you are interested in the latest news or wait for an answer in forum or eager to know the refreshment of quotations of rate, Actual Window Manager will not let you miss anything;

- Stay on Top:

This feature is extremely useful when you drag-and-drop some information from E-mail to your contacts or content in WS Word. - Roll-Up/Unroll, manual, automatic and mix controls. If you often write letters or articles based on some information from the Internet, Roll up function will be convenient.  Figure 9. By rolling up and pinning the e-mail you can quickly check information underneath.
The document can be reduced so only the title bar will be visible. You can look through or check the data in the web and then restore the text of the letter by clicking Unroll button; - Hotkeys support:

- Windows XP visual style support; - Multilingual support of English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Catalan, Turkish and Polish;  Figure 11. Actual Window Manager is multilingual and is useful for people from many countries.
