Is it possible to configure the installer to remember the last settings used by the user?
I'm one of those people that like to specify where program files are placed.
Thanks.

Greg,
Pleae explain what settings exactly do you mean? Actually now the installer remembers the path where where AWM is installed.

Michael,
You made me doubt what I'd observed just prior to writing about the installer, so I did a check.
I uninstalled WM and then I installed it again. The installer uses its defaults for program installation directory and program group. These are:
Program directory: C:\Program Files\Actual Window Manager Program group: Actual Window Manager
I had previously used: Directory: C:\Program Files\WindowManager (Actual Tools) Group: WindowManager (Actual Tools)

Greg,
Yes, you are rigth, the installer uses its defaults when installing Actual Window Manager anew. When uninstalling all the information is deleted. What I meant in my previous message is that the installer remembers the path when upgrading from one version to another.

Thanks for the update Michael. Some installers remember the installation parameters even after the product is un-installed. When programs are not behaving normally, and I'm not referring to WM here , one approach is to un-install and then re-install again.
I think it depends on the characteristics of the installer being used.
Thanks,
