Just recently I've used the 'Remove Taskbar Entry' from Startup section and 'Minimise via Close Button Click' from Minimising section.
The first feature allows me to free up a bit of space on the taskbar by getting rid of the TaskManager's icon, which I have running all the time.
The second feature prevents me from closing programs that normally reside in the system tray but don't automatically return there when the window is 'closed'.
Both great features! My belated thanks.
