I've reviwed the menu contents and typed up some suggestions in Word. I'm using the forum 'Load Image' tool to attach the Word document. I'm not sure if this going to work.
(update: Looks like the Load Image will not provide access to a Word file. Not surprising really.  Any suggestions on how to send a Word file to the forum. I don't have a website.)
