When you click the Start menu on any screen, the start8 menu on the main screen is what opens.
I recognize that its a limitation within Start8 that its replacement can't go on all the taskbars, but at the very least if I click the Start menu on monitor 3 I should get the OEM Start menu on monitor 3. Instead the Start menu on monitor 1 opens.

Thanks for the post.
Could you provide us a screenshot of the "Actual Multiple Monitors -> Window Settings -> Default Settings -> Startup" tab?
Do you have Specific Settings (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Window Settings -> Specific Settings) for Start8? If yes, please provide a screenshot of the "Startup" tab of these Specific Settings.
