First of all I want to let you know that I like the new lay out of Hotkeys and the filter option. I have tested some of the new system hotkeys and I have not encountered any issues so far.
Second, it might be nice to add a small icon to the category buttons as a quick reference. People are usually quicker when a visual clue is included. The symbol could easily be added just in front of the label text, just as is already done for all the categories, like Window Settings, Multiple Monitors etc. I think you only need to find new icons for All, System and Custom. For all other categories you already have them.
Third, the tooltips flicker when I hover over them with my mouse. This issue has been for quite some time now. IMHO: it is kind of silly to add a new feature which is affected by an old bug.
