I sent in a bug report (possibly 2 of the same now), but I get this error every time I minimize a window. I can also make this pop up if I have VLC maximized in my second monitor and I click on the video player.
Let me know what other information I can provide.

What OS are you running (version, x32 or x64)?
What applications (names, versions) do you have this problem with?

So sorry for the delay in response. The error just came up again, I am not quite sure yet what steps are causing the problem. I can't yet cause the error to appear initially, but once it has appeared, it seems I can trigger it by either moving my mouse into my second monitor, or by alt+tabbing and giving focus to a window that is in my second monitor, or by minimizing any window it seems. The only way to reliably solve the issue is then to restart the computer.
At the time the error first occurred, I had quite a few background programs (in the system tray, including but not limited to: John's Background Switcher, Avira, GoogleTalk), but programs that were actively open and in use were: Google Chrome, VLC, a windows explorer window and NoMachine.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64
