Hi,
Since I changed to mutli monitor 3.2 b3 I have seen sometimes windows not showing correctly on the secondary taskbar.
At the moment I can not nail it down to single application or sequence.
Anyone else seeing this?

Could you give me screenshots of the problem?
What applications do you have this problem with(name, version)?
What OS are you running?
