"Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" Option is causing "IrfanView" to crash every time I view a photo with it.
This is happening with Actual Window Manager 6.5 Beta 1.
I am not sure it this happens with older builds as I only have Actual Window Manager 6.5 Beta 1 installed right now.
If I disable "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" "IrfanView" does not crash at all.
I really like using "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" Option so I hope you can fix this 
But I had to disable it for now.

That worked no more freezing when viewing pictures with IrfanView.

I just had a idea
How would it be to also have a "Rule" for "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" per application?
So this way you could disable it from the mouse settings for the whole computer and then just make a "Rule" for "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" for each application you make a rule for.
I think this would be good because what if someone only wants to use "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" for just one window?
But if you do add this I would still leave "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" under the mouse settings for uers that want to use it for the whole computer of course.
So basically you would add "Enable the scrolling of inactive windows" right next to "Disable the scrolling of inactive windows" on the start up tab
How does that sound?

I also just figured out that "Actual Window Manager" was also the cause of another issue I was having. And again "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" was the reason.
This is another reason why my idea would make sense I think.
This time the issue was with "X-Mouse Button Control" and iTunes.
I was using "X-Mouse Button Control" to change the Line Scrolling from 3 to 1 for Album switching in iTunes.
However with "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" enabled it was causing the iTunes Albums not to scroll at 1 line.
When I disabled "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" Albums in iTunes it started scrolling at 1 line a time again.
So for now I also made a rule for iTunes and put a check mark next to "Disable the scrolling of inactive windows" option from the start up tab. And this worked too.
But since it seems that "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" does seem to mess with some other software I really do think its a good idea to have "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" disabled by default and then just make a rule for "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" per application under the startup tab.
I would not even need to use "X-Mouse Button Control" anymore if you were to add the feature to change Mouse wheel "Line Scroll" "per application" to Actual Window Manager
I had requested it here a while ago
"X-Mouse Button Control" and "KatMouse" both have change "Line Scroll" "per application" feature.
But it would be great if Actual Window Manager could do it so I would not have to run extra software

I have to add my two cents. I have not experienced any problems with the scroll inactive windows feature and I use dozens of applications on a regular basis. Many of my applications do not have rules defined in AWM so I would hate to have to create rules for every one of my application just to be able to use this feature due to a few applications that may have problems with it. It makes much more sense to me to just deactivate this feature in applications where you are having problems with it.
I'd be interested to hear from others as to what their experience has been with this feature.

With my idea you can still just deactivate the feature in applications where you are having problems with it.
All I am asking is that they add a second option per applications under the startup tab for "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel". This disable "Scroll Inactive Windows with the mouse wheel" for the whole computer and just use it per application.
Really what would it harm?
Again I am not asking to take anything away. I am just asking to add an extra option.
