I enabled the "Replace Primary Taskbar" feature and then disabled it, and this was the result. It's kind of awesome to see that the Start Button isn't hovering behind the replaced taskbar, though, but I'm guessing this was a result of fixing that bug? ^^;

I saw that the bug was fixed, although when you put the icons in Windows 7 to small icons instead of large, it looks as if the original Start menu button is superimposed over it, since there's a slight offset between the two.
It's not really noticeable until you hover over it and then you can distinctly see the difference between the two when you're hovering. It's a really small detail, but I figured I'd report it nonetheless.
Thanks very much for the reply. ^^
