Hi,
I am noticing a bug with the latest Beta release of AWM Beta 2 where you cannot properly scroll up and down in Internet Explorer when using the scroll wheel on a mouse. If you use the scroll wheel, it scrolls all the way to the bottom of the page, but will never come back up no matter what you do on the wheel after that.
If I exit AWM, then scrolling using the wheel returns to normal.
If I load AWM again, problem comes back.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

Dear Harry,
Thank you for the information. The problem was confirmed. We'll fix it before the release.
P.S. For normal work of IE just turn off the new feature Scroll inactive windows with the mouse wheel (Configuration->Actions->Options->Triggers->Mouse)

Thank you, Alex. I just tried the hotfix and enabled the new mouse functionality. It (mostly) works. However, mouse wheel scrolling DOESN'T work inside AWM own dialogue boxes!
Another point that has bugged me for a while and that I've forgotten to mention many times is that the AWM installer always throws up a warning about an instance of AWM running and asking the user to ignore said warning or close AWM and try running the installer again. However, the installer shuts down AWM itself (or appears to do so) and when you click on OK the installation continues but then requires that the user log-off/log-on to finalize the udpate.

PS The new feature ("Scroll inactive windows with the mouse wheel") works well with IE 8 and the office applications that I've tried, but is intermittent with Outlook 32-bit e-mail messages that are in html format. That is, it usually works, but not consistently.
BTW I'm running Office 2010.
PPS the functionality is frankly intermittent even within Office applications. Sometimes the mouse wheel scrolls the inactive window, sometimes it does not. At the moment, it is refusing to scroll an open ppt file that is open on another monitor - I have to activate the window to scroll. I can, however, consistently scroll IE 8 windows without activating them.

Michael, I moved your messages from the wrong thread here.
Thank you for reporting the problems with the Office 2010 applications. We will surely investigate them and will try to fix them in the next beta/final version.
