Not a major thing, but as it was mentioned in the what's new, I thought I'd let you know I still get the primary start menu momentarily appearing when clicking on the secondary start button - XP SP3...

I can report that this behaviour is gone under Windows 7 64-bit running the standard Aero theme. The primary Start button flashes (lights up) when I click on the secondary Start button, but the menu no longer appears. This is a big step and means that I'll start using the secondary Start Menu again (the flashing menu was annoying enough to be a deal breaker for me).
