Finally found that, First use win+Mouse drag a window And before release winkey,
Very quickly press Win+Shift+D(It's send Win+Right Macro in my configuration) then release problem will occur

In my home When i cancel "show hidden window"(click on outside of popup menu)
The mouse cursor will jump
In another computer mouse doesn't jump but, When i cancel "Show hidden window" Three times quickly
Then some of these hotkeys(win/alt/shift/ctrl) will stay in pressed, I have to press again to release |
