I've noticed that when pinning things to the Actual tools replacement taskbar it seems they actually pin to the regular Windows taskbar so when I have Actual Tools running I don't see them therefore making pinning to the taskbar pointless unless I am doing something wrong it seems to me to be a bug...

Hello John,
Please specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit), our product (name, version) and how exactly you are pinning applications to the multi-monitor taskbar (right click on a taskbar icon -> pin this program to the taskbar, dragging a shortcut from desktop to the taskbar etc.).
