Dual Monitor configuration: Either different resolutions OR as in my configuration, have the primary monitor (#1) horizontal (2560h x 1440v) and the secondary monitor (#2) vertical (1440h x 2560v). All ATM's "Windows Settings" configurations and constraints *always* use the primary monitor *vertical* screen resolution setting on the secondary monitor (even though they are different). This results in behavior that effectively makes the secondary monitor vertical resolution equal to the primary.
FURTHER, if on the primary monitor (#1) has a Taskbar of 1 line and the secondary monitor (#2) has a Taskbar of 2 lines the constraints that limit the "top" placement (assuming the Taskbar is at the "top") on one of the monitors to be incorrect. Effectively, each monitor needs to have its own constraints to work correctly WHEN the Taskbars are of different sizes (if docked to the left or right then the width ...)

EXAMPLE:
With the above configuration with both monitors using AWM Taskbar and one monitor has a single line and the other as a dual Taskbar line -- Under AWM > Window Settings > Default Settings > Position > Change Window Position Automatically > Restrict placement > Window Border Limits > TOP = value; with only work correctly on one monitor as the value will be incorrect on the second and is significantly more problematic when the monitors are of different vertical resolutions.
