Windows 8.1 Preview
The Ignore Deactivation does not work, whether by window setting or hot key.
I reinstalled 5.1.1 and it works as expected.

Thank you for the report. The reported issue is known and fixed already. The fix will be available in the beta 3 which is supposed to come out soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
