I have recently had to re install win xp due to a crash but when i try to install any security all i get is windows running in safe mode unable to install. I have tride esc-F8 and running normal window but it still continues to run in safe mode how cann i get this anoying thing to change as i have no security at all and it is hard to keep my children off the computer as it is open for any one to hack into please help.

Michael, sorry but this problem has no relations to Actual Tools software. Please try to contact Microsoft Technical Support instead.
