Actual multiple monitors - version 8.15
Windows 10 Pro 22H2
11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz   2.30 GHz
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I always had experience windows explorer hang issue, system was always running at high usage, hanging & actual multiple monitor software.
Happened on both older & newer version actual multiple monitor software.

Step is below:
Step -1: Plug in extension monitor and start actual multiple monitor software, as shown below


Step-2 :  actual multiple monitor software is running, and unplug the extension monitor.  No problem happens.


Step-3 : Re-plug the extension monitor and while actual multiple monitor software was running
, then the issue hanging happening. All task at windows explorer was missing, system usage is super high, mouse is spinning at monitor.



Step-4 : After terminate 3 running services, the windows explorer was back to normal.

Thank you for contacting us.

Is the situation in which the problem happens for you the same as Kok Wei Lee described it? Or it differs somehow? If it does then please describe the situation more detailed.

Please see whether disabling the option "Multi-monitor taskbars" or "Multi-monitor Task switcher" stops the problem (Actual Tools program configuration module > Multiple Monitors > Taskbar). Let us know what exactly option influences the problem for you.
