See description - right click options are still there.
Also noticed that your doco refers to Outlook Express which hasn't been around since XP.
Just upgraded in the hope that ATB would be fully compatible with Office 365 apps!

As I can see, extra title buttons of the Actual Title Buttons program correctly appear in the window of latest version of Outlook.
Do you use some dark theme for Outlook? Is it possible that the buttons are there but they're not easily visible?
If the buttons are not there, probably, your previous specific settings for Outlook are not applied anymore due to possible windows paramters change. Do you have title buttons disabled in Default Settings (ATB configuration module > Window Settings > Default Settings > Title Buttons)? If yes, then most likely Default Settings are applied to Outlook.
Could you send us your Actual Title Buttons configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (ATB configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)?
