Is it possible to change the colour of the
1) The Active Window
2) The Taskbar backgorund
3) The colour of any inactive Window
I'm just after a solution that will allow me
to easily identify the Active Window.
The problem doesn't happen on my primary monitor.
I've tried adjusting the settings of my secondary monitor.
I'm using Windows 10 build 19044.1706
and I have a Light theme
