I was tricked into thinking this worked, because I used the short-cut keys while the intro video for my game was playing. But once the "actual" game is fully up, the short-cut keys do not work at all. Totally useless for me, as I need the audio from the game to keep playing when I press the short-cut keys and click inside apps in my other monitors. Just doesn't work, man.
Sorry. I need a full refund. I purchased this app about 30 minutes ago. And nothing I do is fixing the issue. I bought this to have less problems, not more.

Unfortunately, we're unable to test the software with the game right now in order to find some workarounds which let the feature work for the game. I guess the feature doesn't work for this game due to the anti-cheat system used in the game.
We'll issue refund for the purchase in a few days.
