Hi,
I have completed a fresh install of Windows 10 64 and reinstalled AMM however it will no longer change the background, all screens are black as per monitor 3 in the attached image.

Dear Tim,
Please specify the exact version of AMM and the exact version of your Windows (to view it, press Win-R, type winver, and press Enter).

The problem may be associated with the fact there is the limitation to the size of the final desktop wallpaper file in the system. Setting Actual Multiple Monitors to convert this file to .jpeg (instead of .png, which is default) significantly reduces the file size and it should solve the problem for large desktops.
Could you download , install it and see whether it solves the problem?
