So I am having this issue where an app will suddenly refuse to open associated to Actual Windows Manager. The biggest give away is that the title bar buttons are gone for tha application. The other one is that when you go to get that window to be the size of one of your virtual screens it doesn't notice it at all. How can I stop this from happening.

Do you mean when you open a window it is initially affected by Actual Window Manager and then after some time AWM functions disappear from the window?
What applications you've noticed the problem with (name, version)?
What version of AWM you're running?
Could you specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The Window containing the build number will appear).
