AMM does not recognize this browser. It will not open it in the proper monitor nor will it attach title buttons.
Is ther a fix?

Please explain what "Microsoft Edge DEV" is and how it differs from a regular MS Edge.

Do you start Edge Dev with admin rigths (manually choose "Run as administrator" mode or just the User Account Control popup window appears when you start it)?
If you do, and the buttons don't appear despite the settings for Edge are adjusted correctly, then the problem can appear because the "Support system utilities and administrative tools" option wasn't enabled during installation of Actual Multiple Monitors. Try to reinstall AMM and enable this option during the installation. Your configuration will stay intact.
