pretty much the title Windows 10's new big update seems to cause an issue with my second monitors taskbar i revert back and its fixed anyway i can fix it without having to revert to an older update

Are you talking about the problem where the placement of toolbars and toolbars text settings are reset upon the restart of the Actual Tools product?
What exactly our product are you talking about (name, version)?

Actual Multiple Monitors 8.11.2, for some reason the toolbars folder contents goes right across my taskbar
