I'm having issues with smaller windows. The drop down that that has a bunch of options "Access the commands of currently disabled tile button" keeps getting in the way. How do I remove this from all of my windows?

It's the grouping button and it can be disabled here: Configuration module > Windows Settings > Default Settings/particular Specific Settings > "Title Buttons" section > "Options" section in the bottom part of the window > "Show the grouping button" option.
