Many of the problems with Vivaldi also apply to the Slack desktop app it seems. Titlebar buttons are drawn over the main window buttons, are inoperative, and window shortcuts such as right-click on window title bar to switch monitors don't work.

I am seeing a similar problem with MS Edge browser in Win10 x64. I get no titlebar buttons and when I try to get it to snap into a divider it will not work.

The problem with MS Edge and the Desktop Divider feature is a known problem, we'll try to fix it.
Do you mean, title buttons don't appear on the MS Edge title bar? Are you sure that the buttons are enabled in the settings that are applied to the MS Edge window? To go to the settings that are applied to MS Edge click the “Manage window settings” extra window menu item and then click the "Modify applied settings" item of the opened submenu.

I'm glad to notify you that the Minmize via Close button and Prevent window's accidental close features were improved and now should work for most applications it didn't previously work with. The fix is available in and our other products as well.
You can update your program to the latest version (program's tray icon context menu > Info > Check for Updates) or download the latest version manually, install it and confirm the fix.
