I have the desktop divider settings assigned to CTRL + Mousewheel to switch between the 3 options (split horizontal, split vertical, quartered) and this has been working perfectly for ages on Windows 8.1, but since installing Windows 10, it doesn't work reliably. The pattern I've noticed so far is that if I grab a window, hold CTRL and move it very slightly until the blue divider lines appear, I can then spin the wheel to switch dividers. But if I move the mouse much further so the window is 'over' one of the divider zones which turns red to show an active drop target, the mouse wheel no longer alters the divider setting - it seems to become frozen. I _can_ then release CTRL and press it again to 'unset' the active drop and then use the wheel again, but it's a bit clunky trying to remember this sequence to get it to work!

I just upgraded to AWM 8.9 to get this (I wasn't able to find the beta for some reason), but I'm afraid it isn't fixed for me.
If I press CTRL to show the borders and _don't_ move the window, I can cycle the dividers. But as soon as a window hits an active area and it goes red, the cycling no longer works...

David,
Could you name the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The Window containing the build number will appear).
