1. Recently attached a Sony 4K but the 4K resolution is not being shown as an option. Windows Resolution interface recognizes the 4K resolution but not Actual Windows Manager?
Can you help? Images attached.
Greatly appreciated.
2. Also is there a way to "renumber" the monitors in Actual Windows Manager...so it can match Windows?

Could you send us your configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (Configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support).
What interfaces do you use to connect the monitors to the PC (DVI, HDMI etc)?
