I have a few pieces of software that do not want to work with ActualMultiMonitor:
Thinkorswim desktop software (a trading platform) Java based
Skype: Partial the switch monitor shows then doesn't then does etc.
Adobe Acrobat Reader does not work.
So is there a facility or process to deal with these products?

For now i don't know what exactly the listed issues are. Could you describe them more detailed? Screenshots will be helpful.
