Confirmed same issue with AMM 8.3 and latest 64-bit Vivaldi 1.0.161.2 (Developer Build) on Windows 7 x64

Still an issue with Vivaldi x64 1.0.196.2 (Developer Build) and AMM v8.4.
Is this something that the Vivaldi developers need to help out with?

Sorry I'm late to this party, but I've just moved to Vivaldi, and sorry to see this is still an open issue... I've tested on Win8.1 Pro 64-bit and Windows 10 64-bit. I also noticed:
Right-click titlebar (which I have configured to move window to other monitor) just brings up the context menu (AWM extras are in the menu, and do work when selected).
Right-click window edges (which I have configured to extend window to monitor boundaries) also don't respond at all.

The problems have been confirmed. These problems are associated with peculiarity of the Vivaldi window: it's not a standard Windows window. So the problem is more like not on our side, but probably we'll be able to find the solution.
Anyway, we haven't managed to solve this problem yet.
