I was having a problem with installing and running the latest Quest Toad for SQLServer beta. I was getting Win32Exception problems and Toad would crash. When I stop Actual Windows Manager, Toad had no problems. I have posted on their site as well. Not sure who would address it but for anyone with the problem, just stop AWM when starting the beta and then start it after the beta is running.
