Hi,
Transparent Window doesn't seem to like Cygwin terminal windows very much. Cygwin has its own transparency settings, but even when those are turned off TW keeps resetting the windows to opaque whenever they're deselected.
It's not a huge deal, I just end up using cygwin's transparency settings, just thought you should know about the issue.
