Hi
When hovering items in the taskbar of other monitors, the tooltip is shown on the primary monitor.
Not a big deal, but I noticed they showed up somewhere else.

What exactly tooltips are you talking about? Could you send us a screenshot depicting the problem?
What our product are you running (name, version)?
What OS are you running (name, 32 or 64-bit)?

The tooltips I'm talking about, are the yellow boxes that show up when you hover over items in the start menu. A short description of what the program is for etc.
I'm running AMM 5.1.1 on Windows 7 64-bit, triple monitors (3x 1920*1080).
In the attached image, you can see I'm hovering above the Snipping Tool on the middle monitor. My primary monitor is the right one, and the tooltip shows up on that monitor, instead of the middle one (monitor 2).
