I know I've done this before on older versions of ActualMultipleMonitors, but I can't find the setting to disable the position/dimension tooltip when moving/resizing.
Can anybody point me in the right direction?

In the AWM configuration, under Options->Actions->Align, check/uncheck the "Display current window position while moving manually", and then also Options->Actions->Resize, you can check/uncheck the box of "Display current window size while resizing manually".
