Hi, is there a way to completly disable windows dragging from monitor to another? Permitting to move windows only via keyboard shortcut or windows buttons. This to avoid windows accidentally moved half on monitor and half on other.

Hello Massimo.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get it.
You can of the window to the prevent window from displaying on two monitors, but in your case that means you won't be able to move the window from the monitor at all.
