My on top button was working fine then it just disappeared. When I look in options it is marked as off even though it is hecked on the tiles page. how do I reactivate it? I really need to fix this today!!!!!!! Thank you.

Do you mean that everytime you activate this button by checking the checkbox it doesn't show up?
What does mean "hecked"?
Are you talking about default settings or specific settings?
What OS (version, 32 or 64-bit) are you running?
What our product (name, version) are you running?

The button was in the tray when windows opened. Now it has disappeared and we cannot retreive it. We have reinstalled the upd ated version, but still cannot find the pin. specific settings are set to the program that we wnt to pin always on top. We unchecked all the other options other than always on top, but the rest of the se ttings are default. 64 bit , windows 7 ultimate, actual title buttons current version.

Do you mean that the checkbox for the "Stay always-on-top" button is checked but the button doesn't show up on the title bar?
Please clarify what exactly program you've noticed the problem with (name, version).
And send us your configuration files using the "Send to Tesch Support" tool.
