Hi,
I am using Trillian chat client. When I open one of the activity window, i am unable to select the minimize and other icons because of the overlapping Actual Multiple Monitor icons. Please look at screen shot.

We'll try to fix this bug.
Did you try to use the option or maybe to create an exclusion for this type of windows?
