I have 2 processes running from for the same file.
ActualWindowManagerCenter.exe
ActualWindowManagerCenter64.exe
I am trying to troubleshoot some of the behavior caused by using the program.
I need to eliminate this as a concern.

They are not from the same file, they are from two different files - ActualWindowManagerCenter.exe and ActualWindowManagerCenter64.exe. You can make sure of this on your own by opening program's installation folder.
It's not an issue - it's required to operate as expected on a Windows 64-bit platform, which can run both 32-bit and 64-bit applications simultaneously.
