I've noticed in both AWM 6.4 and 6.5b2 that the additional title buttons do not show up in an Adobe Reader 10.0.1 window.

Thanks for the post.
Could you try to turn off the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" option (Adobe Reader X -> Edit -> Preferences -> General), re-run Adobe Reader X and check whether the problem still persists or not?

I had the same problem as Peter, that the additional title buttons and the right-click context menu did not show up on the title bar for Adobe Reader X. I changed the start-up setting per Vasiliy's instructions and now it works as expected.
