I have two PCs both running Win7 (one 64bit one 32bit) and on both PCs actual title buttons will not work on any office 2010 program. When I click on the buttons nothing happens. When I hover over the buttons some times they will turn blue and some time they won't but they never work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does not work with any MS office 2010 product. Outlook, word, excel, visio, power point etc..
I am running the most recent version of title buttons (6.1) This happened with 6.0 as well. I tried completely uninstalling title buttons and wiping out the config but it still does nothing in office. Every other program that I use it works perfectly.
Now here is something strange that I just noticed today. If i am connected to my PC via remote desktop the buttons work fine in office 2010. (This is true for both PCs) But when I am physically using the PC they don't work.
