This compatibility mode for Outlook maybe fix the problem with blinking taskbar in fullscreen  .
Now in log, all lines with Outlook.exe are blue.

Hello Petr,
Unfortunately, there is no the "Remove taskbar entry" feature in Actual Multiple Monitors. It's a feature from Actual Window Manager.
Were you able to reproduce the problem after adding the Specific Settings with the "Block premature appearance of window" option enabled?

Yes, when I enable Block premature appearance of window and Compatibility mode for OUTLOOK.exe (window class #32770), that solve this problem with blinking taskbar in fullscreen.
