I temporarily reconfigured Tiny Firewall to give AWM executables unlimited privileges, and opened up access to all devices. However, I continued to experience a BSOD moments after enabling Command Prompt Windows.
I am fairly certain that it all relates to a kernel feature that the Command Prompt Windows exercises. Two Microsoft patches involving "kernel patch protection" caused BSODs. I uninstalled them because I trust Tiny Firewall more than any Microsoft implementation, and because x64 firewalls have been hard to find.

The problem is that Tiny Personal Firewall embeds into other processes and it conflicts with the way Actual Tools programs do it. According to some intrinsic peculiarities it happens just under X64.
In the future version we will implement the certain workaround.

Fortunately, application issues involving Tiny Personal Firewall have been very rare. As a firewall, it has served me well.
Thank you for looking into this, Michael.
