I just re-downloaded AWM 6.3, as you suggested in the other thread about this issue, and installed it.
My mouse scroll problem seems to have gone away now, even with the "Scroll inactive windows with mouse wheel" option still turned on. It has only been a few minutes of testing, but that is all it took before to experience the problem.
So far so good.

OK I spoke too soon. The problem still exists, especially within Chrome.
Unchecking the "Scroll inactive windows with mouse wheel" option helps alleviate the problem. It seems to stop the uncontrolled scolling to the top or bottom of a page, but the scolling still jumps farther than the 3 lines I have set in Windows mouse options.
Again, AWM 6.2 did not seem to exhibit this problem.
To make it easier for both of us, I'll stop posting/responding in both open threads regarding this issue. From this point forward I'll only respond in the "Mouse Scoll Bug" thread.
