I added a profile for 2-monitor setup to AMM 8.9.1. I set it up once in Windows, added the profile, settings look good, save it. When I switch back to one monitor and activate the 2-monitor profile, nothing happens. Same when I set it up in AMM directly and try to activate it. The "1 monitor" profile I use to switch back works.

As i can see, in the first profile the second monitor is disabled and in normal orientation but in the second profile the second monitor enabled and in 90 degrees CCW orientation.
Could you create an intermediate profile with the second monitor enabled and in normal orientation and the try to activate the intermediated profile first and then activate your second profile. Does it work properly in this case?

Is your second monitor connected to the same video card as the first connected to or it is connected to the PC via a USB video adapter?

Could you clarify on what exactly stage it doesn't work? When you apply the intermediate profile or when you apply your second profile?

The intermediate profile does not do anything. As soon as I implement a second monitor the profile doesnt switch.

Could you clarify what you mean by "implement a second monitor" and what profile doesn't switch then? The indtermediate profile?
Could you send us yor configuration files once again when both monitors are enabled?
Do you mind installing a custom build of Actual Multiple Monitors, which could help us to track the issue by collecting the additional technical information?

I have 3 profiles set up:
Profile 1: 1 monitor / primary
Profile 2: 2 monitors / primary + extended
Profile 3: Copy of Profile 2 but extended rotated by 90° against the clock
1st and 2nd profile works. 3rd profile, even when activated after 2nd profile, doesn't do anything.
I would install another version if you provide me with it.
I now played a bit around and changed the refresh rate from 60 to 59 and back to 60 and suddenly profile 3 it worked, but only... Until I changed the 2nd screen position to 1920,-345. Now profile 3 isn't working again, even after reverting the screen position to default (1920,0). I sent the non working configuration to the support.
