I'm using Power Director 13 and AWM 8.6. on Windows 7 64bit SP1. I am creating a startup rule for PD. Specifying the monitor works fine as does startup as normal rather the maximised. Also align to top left causes no problem. However as soon as I try and do a resize PD starts but isn't visible and I have to kill it with Task Manager.

I was unable to reproduce the issue using the information that you've specified. It seems to be insufficient. Could you send us your Configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool of AWM? Please add the link to this topic to the e-mail containing these files.

You can find the Send to Tech Support button here:
Configuration window > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support
With pressing this button the e-mail with the configuration files will be automatically created. Please don't forget to add the link to this topic to the e-mail.

Hello Charlie.
The problem has been confirmed, but it is not on our side. The reason is Power Director 13 has peculiar window, and it is impossible to apply some functions of our program to it (for example Title buttons or correct performance of actions at window startup, as in your case).
There is no way we can improve this, but, as a workaround, i can suggest you to use combo hotkey performing all these actions. To make such hotkey, go to the Hotkeys section > Actions. Then add new Combo hotkey (green plus in the upper part of the window) and set to this hotkey all the actions you want to be aplied to this window (Maximise/restore, Move to monitor, Resize, Align). So, you will be able to place the window the way you want just in one action.
