can someone from tech support call me, or is there a live chat? I have been trying to fix this problem for almost 2 weeks.  
The always on top button suddenly disappeared. Program still on computer. Have tried totally removing and re-installing with no luck.

Hello Teri. I need to discuss this problem with our developers, for now i can't even reproduce it.
I think then we can communicate via skype if needed.
