When I launch my web browser (either firefox or chrome) or even windows explorer from my secondary monitor, it maximises onto my primary monitor. How do I stop this happening?

Hello Exegen.
I was unable to reproduce this behavior with latest version of Actual Window Manager (7.1 beta 2), any of the web browsers you have listed and Windows 7 x64.
What our product (name, version) are you running?
What OS (version, 32 or 64-bit) are you running?
Check whether you have the specific settings for these browsers that could cause this behavior (I mean the "Move to monitor" and the "Resize" options on the "Startup" tab).
Does this problem only happens with web browsers?
