Hello Patrick,
What cable do you use to connect this monitor (HDMI, VGA, USB ...) ?
Please, check whether you can rotate this monitor using the standard Windows instrument (Screen Resolution -> Orientation) or not.

It's the 3rd monitor connected via VGA 15pin cable to a USB to VGA from Suntech.com
