I have AMM version 2.3 on a dual monitor instalation of Windows 7 64bit. Quite often an open program will disappear from both the task bar and the "alt tab" menu. Internet Explorer disappears more than any other program. The only way to access that program is to minimise all other programs one at a time and sometimes if I have minimized the program that is missing on the task bar, the only way to access it is to go to the start menu and reopen it. For now I have AMM set to mirror the primary taskbar and I have less trouble woth missing items, but it still happens occasionally.
